Marketing Director

They are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of advertising, cross media measurement and impact and who are excited by the promise of an unparalleled full funnel 360-degree understanding across the marketing “ABCS”.
The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker who has proven experience in the market research industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Continuously refine and optimize strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Develop and implement inbound marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from marketing leads to sales-qualified prospects.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, focusing on lead generation metrics and ROI.
Content Creation & Communication:
Write compelling marketing research content, such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and articles that resonate with our industry audience.
Manage and update the company’s digital presence, ensuring content is optimized for search engines and engagement.
Leverage LinkedIn for content distribution and engagement, including regular posting, community management, and targeted outreach to industry influencers.
Event & Partnership Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing industry events, webinars, and conferences to boost brand visibility.
Manage submissions for trade shows and industry publications to secure speaking opportunities, thought leadership placements, and press coverage.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to amplify our marketing efforts.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, lead generation trends, and insights for continuous improvement.
Use data-driven insights to inform adjustments in strategy and campaign planning.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines to ensure timely execution of all initiatives.
Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation for marketing activities.
Qualifications
Prior experience writing marketing research content and developing strategies that resonate with a B2B audience.
Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles, with hands-on experience in lead generation tactics.
Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for marketing campaigns, including content posting, networking, and community engagement.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, CRM systems).
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
